Box Manager — Save Your Pokémon Champions Builds
The Box Manager lets you save, organize, and reuse up to 100 complete Pokémon builds for Pokémon Champions VGC. No account needed — everything is stored locally in your browser.
What the Box Manager Saves
Each saved build stores the full competitive configuration of a Pokémon:
- Pokémon identity — species, nickname
- SP spread — all 6 stats (HP, Atk, Def, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, Speed), validated against the 66 total / 32 per stat limits
- Nature — all 25 natures, including the boosted and reduced stats
- Held item — including Mega Stones
- Ability — including Mega ability when a Mega Stone is equipped
- 4 moves — full legal moveset for that Pokémon in Pokémon Champions
How to Use the Box
Build a Pokémon in the Team Builder, then click "Save to Box". The Pokémon is stored instantly — no login, no sync, just local storage. In the Box view you can browse all saved builds, load any Pokémon back into the builder, or delete old builds you no longer need. You can export individual builds or your entire box in Showdown paste format.
Why Use a Box in Competitive Play?
In Pokémon Champions VGC, the meta shifts rapidly. Good team builders maintain a "box" of pre-optimized Pokémon for each common archetype — bulky support Pokémon, fast offensive threats, Trick Room setters, weather inducers, and Mega Evolution anchors. With 100 saved slots, you can store entire teams plus alternatives and mix-and-match quickly when preparing for tournaments.
Pokémon Champions Box vs. Traditional Pokémon Storage
In traditional Pokémon games, the "box" is where you store caught Pokémon. In Champions Builder, the Box is where you store competitive builds — the configured versions of Pokémon with specific SPs, moves, and items optimized for VGC doubles. Think of it as your team-building workshop.
