Sceptile is a fast Grass-type attacker in Pokémon Champions VGC. Mega Sceptile becomes Grass/Dragon with Lightning Rod, gaining one of the highest Speed tiers in the game (145) and powerful special attacks. In Champions, Sceptile gains access to Earth Power, giving it valuable Ground-type coverage. Leaf Storm, Dragon Pulse, and Giga Drain round out its special movepool.
